Guiness Rishi, a 67-year-old man, wants to enter the histrion Book of World Records by tattooing himself. Anyone can intend tattooed; that doesn’t stingy you intend the entry ticket for histrion Book of World Records. But guys, this man seems to be genuinely passionate. Call it freaky or obsessive; he plans to intend the flags of all the countries in the concern inscribed on his body. He already has six tattoos of Canada, Union Jack, India, USA, Cyprus and the Indian legislature Party on his face. In all, he plans to counterbalance himself with 220 assorted flags and embellish a walking global flagpole.
